1964 John Deere 110 in Saanichton, British Columbia

Historic xxxx John Deere 110 yard Tractor ( 2nd year of production , 1st year with metal fenders ) serial # xxxx , has orginal sticker from John Deere Winnepeg and is in excellent original condition , mower deck is in good shape.
The 110 was the first lawn tractor and one is on display at the Smithsonian .
I found it out in the Fraser Valley a few years , it was wanting to run back then but couldnt quite get it to go , i sent the carb down to the states to get it rebuilt but thats as far as i got , i lack the time and the mechanical acumen to do what the machine deserves .
These tractors sold for over a thousand dollars when new ( a tidy sum back then ) and were built to last, many attachments were available including snow plows , snow blowers , tillers , carts etc , these machines are a big part of John Deere history .
